What do I do in the event of a loss or theft of my unit?

Call us immediately. We know exactly what to do. We already know your information is safe, as we monitor constantly to ensure your computer is secure and your data is backed up. While you continue your work by securely accessing your files that are safely stored in the data centre, our security team springs into action with advanced tracking and security tools to locate and destroy the device. If you are in a larger organization and have specific compliance reporting requirements, we can have a set of compliance disks to you within 48 hours containing everything that was on the computer at the time it was lost or stolen. At the same time we initiate the process of providing a replacement unit. If you happen to relocate your device unharmed, we can remotely re-enable your access to your data.
