What are the benefits of NPC’s pricing structure?

With NPC, you pay one monthly fee for your NPC product and services. NPC's pricing is designed to make sure that you never have to worry about endpoint computer issues again. Our pricing reflects this comprehensive approach to endpoint computing, with no additional fees for the service, support, maintenance or security of your NPC system. Your costs are predictable and can be fully expensed in the month you incur them. We don't charge for emergencies. From a malware attack to a defective hard drive, we'll dedicate whatever time it takes to rectify your situation. If we can't make your NPC solution perform the way it should, we will replace it at no charge. If you accidentally spill coffee on your keyboard or drop it and require a new one, every NPC device is covered under our included Accidental Damage Protection. If your NPC unit is ever lost or stolen we will remotely destroy the data on the lost device and replace your system with data restored, all in 48 hours. While all services to restore a lost or stolen system are always provided at no charge, with our optional Loss and Theft Chassis Protection, we will even cover the cost of your replacement hardware in the event of a lost or stolen unit.
